🐾 PET LOSS SUPPORT PAGE

Losing an animal companion can be heartbreaking, disorienting, and deeply personal. The bond we share with our pets is woven into daily routines, quiet moments, and the seasons of our lives. When that presence is gone, the space it leaves can feel profound.

Pet loss grief is a real and valid form of grief. And yet it isn’t always fully recognized or understood by others. If you’ve ever felt the need to explain why it hurts so deeply, you’re not alone. Your bond mattered. Your grief matters.

This support offers a gentle, compassionate space to:

• Talk openly about your pet and your relationship
• Process feelings like sadness, guilt, anger, or numbness
• Navigate anticipatory grief and end-of-life decisions
• Honour the connection you shared
• Find ways to move forward while still carrying love

Support is available in a way that feels most comfortable for you — in person, virtually, or through gentle nature-based grief walks.

If you’re interested in the outdoor option, you can learn more on my Grief Walks page.

My approach is warm, grounded, and grief-informed, with a special focus on the human–animal bond.

This support is not about fixing grief.
It’s about having space to be supported while you carry it.

You don’t need to be “ready.”
You can reach out simply to ask questions or learn more.
