What to Expect

Each session offers a guided experience designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and find steadiness again. You’ll be gently guided through:

  • A body and breath check-in — noticing where tension lives and how it feels to arrive in the present moment

  • Simple grounding techniques — through breath, sensory awareness, and mindful movement

  • Somatic release practices — gentle motions and grounding touch to ease stored stress

  • Integration — noticing what has shifted and how you can carry that calm into the rest of your day

 

Who It’s For

These sessions are open to anyone seeking a moment of calm and reset — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally drained, or simply need space to breathe. They’re not counselling sessions, but a supportive way to reconnect with your body and restore balance between sessions, workdays, or busy seasons of life.
